SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on all Australian and international orders over $300.

A flat rate of $30 AUD applies to Australian orders under $300.

A flat rate of $35 USD applies to international orders under $300.

All orders are shipped via Express Delivery and are made-to-order. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery from the date of order.

Delivery times may extend to 14–17 business days for remote areas.

Pre-orders will ship as soon as production is complete. Estimated dispatch dates are noted on each product page.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email to follow your order.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday only. We do not operate on public holidays.
- Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or modify it. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to amend address details after the order has been submitted.
International Customers: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. S/W/F is not liable for any charges incurred or for packages held by customs. Please ensure you’re familiar with your local import regulations.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Credit notes and gift cards cannot be applied to cover shipping costs.

Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once dispatched.
RETURNS POLICY
We do not offer refunds, except as required by Australian consumer law. However, we’re happy to offer:
- Store credit valid for 6 months, or
- Exchanges for the same item in a different size (subject to availability)
Return Conditions:
- Please ensure you submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original condition with swing tags and return tags attached.
- Items returned without original packaging may incur a $50 restocking fee.
- A $20 handling fee will be deducted from your credit note, or $50 for returns of three or more items.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.
- All returns must be sent to our Australian warehouse—we do not accept drop-offs.
- Accessories, leather, and suede items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Any promotional gift must be returned with the original item.
